Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my bio, I'm Ryan Costa. Before Christopher August I worked a few jobs from being a restaurant manager to working for one of the largest tire distributors in the U.S. I have always wanted a career in digital marketing because you can be creative and entertain people all at once. Through my years of working in customer service, I have learned many things, the most crucial being "Treat the customer like you would want to be treated. Period!". With over five-plus years in customer service, the tools I've learned will aide the Christopher August team and our commitment to our clients. My goal is to bring a younger way of thinking to the company while still keeping it professional.
